Brining means making a salt water solution, adding spices and submerging the turkey from 24 hours to 48 hours before roasting. Incredibly tender and moist.


Ingredients : Salt, Sugar, Coriander, Fennel, Peppercorns, Cinnamon, Star Anise, and Cloves

Instructions: In a 2 liter sauce pan, bring 1 liter of water to a boil.
Empty contents of PACK 1, stirring to dissolve sugar and salt
Remove from heat, add contents of PACK 2. Stir for 1 minute
Cover and let stand 5 minutes. Pour contents into cold water
and allow to cool.
