What payment methods do you accept?

Online, we accept Visa and Mastercard. In-store, we accept cash, debit, most credit cards, and Apple Pay.

My payment is not accepted when I place my order?

The most common issue is an incorrect billing address. When filling out billing information, have your credit card statement in front of you. Your billing address must be exactly the same as your credit card mailing address. If you have further issues, please call us at the store, and we will work with you to find a solution.

How do you ship your products?

We ship via Canada Post Express. If you have a courier account, we can accept labels via email.

How long does it take to receive an order?

Most orders are received within 3-5 business days.

Do you offer international shipping?

We are not able to ship outside of Canada due to customs and brokerage concerns.

What is your return policy?

As spices, herbs, and blends are a food product, they cannot be returned to our store without prior authorization. Please contact us by phone or email for instructions and/or settlement. You will be asked for the order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly to your concerns.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking number.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

We offer discounts to retailers and food service providers. We are able to negotiate pricing for industry users.

Are your products organic/non-GMO?

There are a few organic spices in the store, but the majority are not.

Do you offer gift cards?

We do offer gift cards in-store. They can be for any amount and do not have to be used all at once.

Can I cancel or change my order after it’s been placed?

We start processing your order upon receipt of your cleared payment. During processing, it may be possible to cancel your order, but only if your items have not yet shipped out. To cancel your order during processing, before your items have shipped, please contact us via telephone as soon as possible regarding the status of your order. Once your items have shipped, however, it is no longer possible to cancel your order, and your items will no longer qualify for a refund of any kind.
