BERBERE 13 SPICE

An Ethiopian spice blend used to flavour meat, and vegetable stews. Can be used as a meat rub before frying or grilling. Combine with red wine and make a paste called awaze.

Ingredients: Paprika(s), Garlic, Ginger, Fenugreek, Chilies, Nutmeg, Cinnamon, Pepper, Kashmiri Pepper, Bay Leaves, Cumin and Cardamom.
