Popular Uses for Turmeric Root

  1. Teas and Infusions
    Steep dried or fresh turmeric root in hot water along with ingredients like ginger, black pepper, or cinnamon to create a soothing, aromatic tea. This anti-inflammatory beverage is also known for its warming flavor and potential wellness benefits.

  2. Curries and Stews

CAUTION: Dried Turmeric Root is extremely hard and may cause damage to grinders or blades if not properly processed. It is best used in its whole form for infusions, broths, and pickling. If adding to soups, stews, or teas, ensure the root is removed before serving. If grinding is necessary, use a high-powered spice grinder designed for tough roots.
