Holiday Ham Glaze Instructions
To make your ham glaze:
Mix Holiday Ham Glaze seasoning with maple syrup, honey, your favorite syrup, or fruit juice to form a paste. Set aside.
Directions:
Score the top of the ham in a diamond pattern about 1 inch apart.
Place the ham in a parchment- or foil-lined baking pan.
Follow the baking instructions provided with your ham.
30 minutes before the ham is done, spread half of the glaze over the ham and return it to the oven.
After 15 minutes, spread the remaining glaze and bake for another 15 minutes, or until the ham reaches your desired internal temperature.
Enjoy a rich, flavorful finish with a sweet, spiced crust!
