Black Sombrero is a local family run business. They make authentic Mexican chorizo inspired products. Fresh chorizo for tacos, nachos, quesadillas, burritos etc. Cured meats include a half pork/beef summer sausage, and pork mini chorizos in classic, and hot and turkey options. All made in a Mennonite facility the old fashioned way. The cured products are fermented, cured and cold wood smoked. No fillers, dairy and gluten free! Lean meat sourced from local farm Co operatives.
